Living It Out
Week 1 – Day 7
Story
By the end of the week, Andrew realized that the truths he had been reading were not meant to stay on the page. He had seen moments of conviction, peace, repentance, and clarity, but he knew the real test would come in ordinary life. Would he still pray when he felt rushed? Would he still choose humility when no one was watching?
He understood that spiritual growth is often slow and quiet. It does not happen all at once. But as he looked back over the week, he could see that God had been at work in him. What began as a simple devotional had become an invitation to live differently, with a softer heart and a steadier trust.
Scripture
“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” (Micah 6:8)
Application
A week with God is meant to shape more than your thoughts; it is meant to shape your habits. The goal is not to admire truth but to practice it. That is how faith becomes visible in daily life.
As you move forward, keep returning to what God has shown you. Let His Word, His peace, and His humility stay close to your heart. Small steps of obedience can grow into a lasting way of life.
Daily Challenge
Write down one habit from this week that you want to keep. Ask God to help you continue walking with Him after this devotional ends.
Prayer: Lord, help me not only hear Your truth, but live it out with faithfulness. Amen.
